Mr. Reilly joined The Community Development Trust in August of 2007 as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Reilly joined CDT following an 18 year career at JPMorgan Chase where he was Chase's National Manager for Community Development Real Estate (CDRE). Under his management, CDRE's staff of seventy professionals provided more than $4 billion in financing for affordable housing and community development projects across the United States. Prior to joining Chase, Mr. Reilly spent six years with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development ("HPD"), where he held several positions, including two years as the Director of HPD's Vacant Building Program. He began his career in community development in 1978 as a community organizer for the Northwest Bronx Community and Clergy Coalition. Mr. Reilly has served on the board of CDT since its inception in 1999 and also serves on the board of The Raza Development Fund and Neighborhood Restore. He has previously served on the boards of Enterprise Community Investments and the Low Income Investment Fund and is a former President of the board of Neighborhood Housing Services of New York City. Mr. Reilly received a BBA from Iona College in 1981, completed The General Manager Program at Harvard Business School in 2003 and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor for Real Estate Finance at New York University. |

J O H N J. D I V E
R S, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer Mr. Divers oversees all accounting, tax and financial
reporting, finance and treasury activities, investor relations, human resources
and administration functions for the company. He has served as CDT's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer since the company's inception.
From 1986 through 1997, Mr. Divers was the Chief Financial Officer of the
Prudential Realty Group, one of the largest owners and managers of commercial
mortgage loans and equity real estate investments in the United States.
Prior to that, Mr. Divers worked at Citicorp and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
He has more than 25 years of experience in the real estate and financial
services industries. Mr. Divers is a CPA and received a BS degree in Accounting
from St. John's University. |

S U S A N R O B B I N S,
General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Ms. Robbins oversees CDT's Legal Department and is responsible for all legal
matters for the company, including supporting business activities, corporate
governance and all compliance requirements. She has served as General Counsel
since CDT's creation. Prior to joining CDT, Ms. Robbins was General Counsel
for LIMAC. Prior to that, Ms. Robbins was at MBL Life Assurance Corporation
as Second Vice President and Counsel of Real Estate Investments. She was
responsible for a wide variety of real estate, corporate and finance transactions,
including commercial lending and securitization of assets, selling, acquiring
and managing real estate and developing disposition strategies for individual
assets and lines of business. Ms. Robbins received a BS from Syracuse University
and a JD from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University.

Senior Vice President - Debt
Mr. Gallagher heads up all activities of CDT's Debt Program. As one of CDT's founding staff members, Mr. Gallagher has assumed critical roles in the business development of the company. In 2004, he managed a successful $44.5 million securitization with Fannie Mae. Prior to joining CDT, Mr. Gallagher was Vice President of Acquisitions for LIMAC. He previously worked as the Financial Project Manager for the 42nd Street Development Project in New York City, and at Bankers Trust Company. He has 25 years of experience in real estate including commercial lending, work-outs, residential mortgage banking, public development, securitization, secondary markets and community development. He was an Adjunct Assistant Professor of Real Estate at Columbia University and has taught at New York University's Real Estate Institute. He holds a BA degree in Economics from Queens College and an MS in Real Estate from Columbia University. |

K O W I T Z, Senior Vice President - Asset Management
Ms. Berkowitz heads up the asset management of CDT's debt and equity portfolios. Prior to joining CDT, Ms. Berkowitz was with Lehman Brothers, where she spent 16 years involved in many aspects of real estate finance and asset management. Most recently, Ms. Berkowitz was a Vice President of Lehman's affordable housing group. In her capacity as an asset manager and workout specialist, Ms. Berkowitz was responsible for all aspects of an affordable housing portfolio, including compliance, project performance and financial reporting. Prior to joining the affordable housing group, Ms. Berkowitz performed asset management and workout services for Lehman's syndicated portfolio of retail and multifamily property. Ms. Berkowitz began her professional career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche with a focus on the real estate industry. Ms. Berkowitz is a CPA and holds a BS from Syracuse University.

S H E L L Y C L E A R Y, Senior Vice President
- Debt
Ms. Cleary is lead transaction manager and underwriter for several key CDT
correspondent lenders, including Bank of America, MMA Financial, Stearns
Bank, Fifth Third Bank and The Reinvestment Fund. She joined CDT as an Associate
in 2002 and was promoted to Vice President in early 2004. Prior to joining
CDT, Ms. Cleary was an Acquisitions Manager for the National Equity Fund
and a consultant to the Local Initiatives Support Corporation. Prior to
that, she was a loan officer with the New York-based Community Preservation
Corporation, one of the largest bank consortia in the country. Ms. Cleary
has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MA from the University of
Minnesota. |

B O B R I C E, Vice President - Debt
Mr. Rice serves as the lead relationship and transaction manager for several of CDT's key correspondents. His primary customer relationships include JPMorgan Chase, Wells Fargo, Regions Bank, and NEF Mortgage Corporation.
Mr. Rice joined CDT in 2004 as an Associate in CDT's Debt Program.
Prior to joining CDT, Mr. Rice was Associate Director of the Chicago Mutual
Housing Network where he managed affordable housing development, training,
and education activities. He was also a consultant with the S. B. Friedman
& Company, a Chicago-based real estate and development consulting firm.
Mr. Rice has a BA in Urban Studies from DePaul University and an MA in Urban
Planning and Public Policy from the University of Illinois-Chicago. |

Vice President - Underwriting
Mr. Dowling manages CDT's team of underwriters/analysts, who work to analyze all debt, equity and new product development opportunities. Mr. Dowling joined CDT as an Associate in the Equity Group in May 2005 and was promoted to his current position in November 2007. Prior to joining to CDT, Mr. Dowling served as a Development Associate with Westhab, a non-profit housing developer in Westchester County, New York. Prior to that, he was a Development Associate with The Richman Group, a national tax-credit syndicator and developer. Mr. Dowling holds a Masters Degree from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from the University of Rochester. Fluent in Spanish, Mr. Dowling has been active in studying and promoting economic development in distressed communities, both here and abroad.

J I L L B. Q U R A I S H I, Vice President
Ms. Quraishi assumes responsibility as closing manager for the Debt Group's various loan purchase programs. Prior to joining CDT,
Ms. Quraishi worked over a 10 year period with two large New York law firms, Kaye Scholer and Proskauer, as a senior
paralegal specializing in real estate transactions. Prior to her work as a paralegal, Ms. Quraishi had a 10-year career
in banking focusing on real estate loan administration for both Citicorp and NatWest Bank, N.A. At NatWest, Ms. Quraishi
was promoted to Vice President. She has nearly 25 years of experience in real estate in legal, banking and loan administration.
Ms. Quraishi holds a BA degree from Hofstra University and an MA from University of Massachusetts.
