Eligible Properties Both subsidized and market-rate multifamily rental properties, either individual assets or portfolios. All investments must satisfy the affordability objective embodied within the 1977 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), as amended.

Location National, no geographic restrictions.

Partners CDT seeks experienced developers and owners to become our key local managing partners. The objective is to build long-term relationships to fulfill our national preservation mission.

Ownership Structure Partner co-investment alongside CDT with CDT involvement in major events such as change in property management, sale, refinancing or material change in operating use.

Equity Investment Generally, up to $5M per transaction. Per the seller's preference, made up of cash, CDT operating partnership units (OP Units), or a combination of the two.

Targeted Returns CDT preferred rate of return and targeted IRR with partner promote once targeted IRR is achieved.
