| Partners |
CDT seeks experienced developers and owners to become our key local managing partners. The objective is to build long-term relationships to fulfill our national preservation mission.

| Ownership Structure |
Partner co-investment alongside CDT with CDT involvement in major events such as change in property management, sale, refinancing or material change in operating use.

| Equity Investment |
Generally, up to $5M per transaction. Per the seller's preference, made up of cash, CDT operating partnership units (OP Units), or a combination of the two.

| Targeted Returns |
CDT preferred rate of return and targeted IRR with partner promote once targeted IRR is achieved.
