CDT serves as financial advisor to Habitat for Humanity International (www.habitat.org) for its Accelerated Asset Recovery Program, which provides capital to Habitat affiliates across the country. Over the past several years, Habitat has completed ten bond issues for a total issuance of $65 million. Banks, insurance companies and state housing finance agencies have been the primary purchasers of the Habitat bonds.

More than 100 Habitat affiliates across the country have benefited from these financings, and it is estimated that this exciting program has contributed to the construction of more than 1,000 new homes.
