Investment Description
In July 2007, CDT funded Patriot Manor, a 151-unit multifamily rental community located on St. Thomas, in the US Virgin Islands. The project was developed by Wilder Balter Partners, a New York-based developer with well over 25 years of experience in housing development. Patriot Manor provided CDT with the opportunity to support the creation and preservation of needed affordable housing in St. Thomas.
Transaction Highlights
The permanent lender and CDT's correspondent partner was MMA Financial. Construction financing was provided by JPMorgan Chase Bank, and the project's tax credit equity was syndicated by Alliant Capital. This represents CDT's second transaction with Wilder Balter Partners.
