Designed in the acclaimed New Urbanism style, Bradenton Village is multi-phase HOPE VI redevelopment project by Telesis Corporation and the Bradenton Housing Authority. This project is 180-unit garden style complex situated on 20 acres.
Transaction Highlights
CDT's correspondent lender, Wachovia Multifamily Capital, provided forward commitments for this new construction project. CDT's total investment in Bradenton Village is $2.6 million. MMA Financial syndicated the project's Low Income Housing tax credits with Bank of America.
